Shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination, product size, and delivery method. A tailored shipping quote can be requested when placing your order.
Delivery Options
White Glove Delivery
For a seamless experience, choose our White Glove service. Our specialist team will:
- Carefully deliver your piece to the room of your choice
- Unpack and inspect the item
- Assemble and position it as intended
- Remove all packaging materials
This option is ideal for larger statement pieces or when you prefer a fully managed delivery experience.
Standard Delivery
Our standard service includes delivery to your address with placement at the entrance of your building (curbside). The item will be safely unloaded and handed over to you or your representative.
Fully Insured Transport
All shipments arranged by Moyo are fully insured during transit. We kindly ask that any visible freight damage be reported immediately upon delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Ex Works (EXW)
You may also arrange collection and transportation independently. Under this arrangement (Ex Works), responsibility transfers once the goods are made available for pickup.
If you choose to use your own courier or freight partner, any transport-related claims must be submitted directly to your selected carrier.
