PRICING AND QUOTATIONS

  • All products are listed and processed in EUR.
  • Prices are quoted ex-factory; additional charges for delivery, freight, and installation will apply.
  • Quotations are valid for 7 days, except in cases of clerical errors or omissions.

ORDERING PROCESS

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.
  • We strongly recommend that you carefully review all product specifications, information, and terms and conditions before confirming your order.
  • Meble Nowak will proceed with your order based on the provided confirmation unless we receive a written request for changes within 48 hours.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin processing your order.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the item(s) and must be paid before delivery or dispatch.
  • Ownership of the goods remains with Meble Nowak until full payment is received.
  • For online orders, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Any changes to a confirmed order must be submitted in writing. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made and additional fees may apply.
  • If an order is canceled, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

LEAD TIMES

  • Lead times vary based on the item and quantity ordered. We will inform you of the estimated lead time when your order is placed.
  • We strive to meet the specified lead times. However, any delays do not constitute a breach of contract, and Meble Nowak is not liable for any resulting damages.

DELIVERY

  • Once your order is complete and payment has been received, a Meble Nowak representative will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • Delivery fees cover a single delivery at ground level during standard weekday hours.
  • Delivery costs are determined by the items ordered, quantity, and delivery location.
  • For deliveries involving difficult access (e.g., stairs, delivery docks, lifts), please inform us in writing before dispatch. Additional fees may apply for challenging access not communicated prior to delivery.
  • If you are unable to receive your delivery within 14 days of our first notification regarding order completion, the remaining balance must still be paid, and storage fees may apply if the goods are not collected.

SHIPPING

  • Meble Nowak offers worldwide shipping. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
  • Free local pick-up is available at our headquarters: Karpińskiej 12, 60-462 Poznań, Poland.
  • For domestic shipping within Poland, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, with additional time for remote areas.
  • For international shipping, please allow 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.

FURNITURE ORDERS

  • Most furniture items have a lead time of 7-10 weeks. Freight charges are separate and will be quoted based on the item, quantity, and delivery location.
  • After purchasing furniture online, you will receive an email within 2 business days to confirm delivery details and provide a freight quote.
  • Free local pick-up is available for all furniture items at our headquarters: Karpińskiej 12, 60-462 Poznań, Poland.
  • For international furniture orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability to your location.

INSPECTION AND RETURNS

  • Please inspect all items upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify Meble Nowak within 24 hours to report the issue. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
  • Claims for damage or defects will not be accepted if the item shows signs of accidents, negligence, improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. If an item is faulty, please refer to the "Inspection and Returns" section for instructions on how to proceed.
