Returns & Refund Policy 

1. Right of Withdrawal – Stock Products

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard (stock) products within 14 days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by email or another clear written statement within the 14-day period.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and in their original condition,

  • be returned in the original packaging (where possible),

  • be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.


2. No Right of Withdrawal – Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order or personalized.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced according to the customer’s individual specifications.

By placing an order for a made-to-order product, the customer expressly agrees that the product cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

  • a description of the issue,

  • clear photos of the damage or defect,

  • photos of the packaging (if applicable).

After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as:

  • a replacement,

  • a repair,

  • or a refund (including return shipping costs, where applicable).

This applies to both stock and custom-made products.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
